Cleaning Operative
Pay range including bonus: £12.80–£13.50 per hour
Location: Covering areas from Berwick to Hartlepool
Hours: Monday–Friday (3–5 days per week, 30–46 hours)
No weekends – enjoy long weekends off!

Your Role
Working between 8:00am and 6:30pm, typically over a 4-day week, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the excellent service Bin Boutique is known for.
Your duties will include:

• Cleaning residential wheelie bins to a high standard
• Managing your daily route and vehicle
• Handling cash collections from customers
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and communication
• Using handheld devices for route updates and feedback
• Following all health and safety procedures
